| Working Solutions is seeking out agents who have doctor's office scheduling experience. The project is a long term project (greater than 6 months). We are looking for agents who have experience in chiropractic or optometry practices who will take inbound scheduling calls (from their home) for doctor's offices and make the appropriate follow up calls. The incumbent will learn the Proclaim system and claim payment policies and procedures for medical claims. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, calculating and approving assigned and non-assigned claims. Operates a CRT within the Proclaim II system with manual record keeping as office policy dictates. Communicates via telephone or letter with client companies, insureds, providers and insurance companies. Maintains office standards for production and quality of claims paid. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to learn to use a CRT, ability to learn medical terminology, contract interpretation and multiple medical plans and procedure codes; capability of meeting the production standards of a given office; attention to accuracy and detail; ability to work under pressure; good human relation skills; good oral and written communication skills; willingness to work overtime. Candidate must have towo years of previous claim payment experience and meet office quality and production standards before they will be eligible to work at home.
