| How do I find a home based job? You find these jobs like you would any other. Do exactly what you would do if you were seeking employment with them in person. First, work up your resume. They have to know what you are qualified to do. Many offer positions that require no experience. Next, work up a cover letter to include with your resume. Let them know that you are seeking a 'work from home' position. If you are looking for a specific position, such as a data entry, then state that.
