| Account Specialist Job Code/Description Responsibilities: Manage client base of Manual Eligibility Healthcare cases. Responsible for client /broker relationship for Healthcare eligibility. Enforces customer service policies directly with client regarding Healthcare eligibility. Resolves system problems related to eligibility issues. Meets all departmental timing standards related to processing and urgent matters. Effectively manages the customer relationship for assigned Manual Eligibility cases and ensures that customer expectations are met or exceeded. A team player. Qualifications: College graduate or equivalent business experience. Two years experience and in-depth knowledge of eligibility/claim systems, administration and procedures from a users perspective. Customer Service experience with proven interpersonal skills. Proven analytical skill, attention to detail, proven oral and written communication skills. PC proficiency, software knowledge for word processing and spreadsheets. Familiarity with Medicom/Dentacom, CIGNA Claims and National systems.
